Description

This is a milepost from the mid to late 19th century, made of cast iron. It has a triangular section with a chamfered top. The top face is inscribed with "MARCHINGTON". The left side reads "MARCHINGTON / ½ / UTTOXETER 4", and the right side states "BURTON 10".
