Description

St Anne’s Cottage is a 17th-century cottage, originally two dwellings. The cottage is timber-framed and stands on a sandstone plinth, with a plain tile roof and a central brick stack. It comprises two single-cell cottages. The main part of the building is one storey high with a gable-lit attic, featuring three square panels to the eaves with short straight braces. There is one casement window to the left and four-pane casements to the right and to the right of centre. Blocked doorways are located to the left and to the right of centre, the latter of which now has a window inserted.
