Description
Sambrook Mill House is a mid-19th century house constructed from coursed dressed sandstone. It features a plain tile roof with parapet gables and stands two storeys tall. The façade is symmetrical, with a window arrangement of 1:3:1, where the gable end bays are set back. At the center, there is a gabled section with a small stone porch that also has a gable. The windows are all small iron-frame types, with small panes and central opening lights, and are framed by plain stone surrounds with segmental heads. The house is topped with brick chimney stacks.
