Description
Showell Mill House is a red brick cottage dating from around the 18th century. It features a plain tile roof with gabled ends and brick dentil eaves. The building is two storeys high and has a range of three windows, which include old three and two-light casements. The west end bay is an early 19th-century addition. There is a doorway to the right that has a late 19th-century hood supported by large shaped brackets. An off-centre brick ridge stack is present. Inside, the cottage has stopped chamfered ceiling beams.
