  1. Early C18 red brick house with sandstone quoins, heavy moulded eaves cornice and stringcourse steeply pitched plain tile roof with stone coped gabled ends. Two storeys and attic. Five window range. Cross mullion transom windows, ground floor replaced by sashes with glazing bars. Central doorway with pilastered porch with entablature and date plaque above inscribed 'A' over 'O.F.' 1702. Central brick stack with pilaster strips rebuilt at the top. Attic windows in gable ends. Wing at rear with chimney stack with pilaster strips. Interior: moulded ceiling beam in left-hand ground floor room, and chamfered ceiling beam with moulded plaster cornice in right-hand ground floor room. Good contemporary open-well staircase on all floors with moulded balusters, square newels and moulded rail.
