  1. Built on the site of the former racecourse and originally a grandstand. Converted into a dwelling circa 1900. Stucco; two storeys; slightly projecting centre bay (one window); five sash windows overall; sill band; plain frieze and moulded cornice at first floor; plain pilasters at sides with moulded caps; recessed moulded wood doorcase with plain pilasters, entablature, moulded cornice and part-glazed panelled door; bold projecting eaves; hipped slate roof.
