Description

Grove Villa is a building dating from around 1860, located on South Grove. It has an irregular plan and rises two to three storeys, with a stuccoed exterior. The front elevation features a gable that includes a three-light window, while the left side has two sash windows with intact glazing bars. The first-floor windows are adorned with cornices, console brackets, and flower guards. A string course runs along the façade. On the right side, there is a porch with a doorcase and a flight of steps leading down to ground level.
