Description

11 and 13 Berkeley Road is a mid-19th century pair of houses. They are two storeys tall with a basement, constructed of red brick featuring some grey headers, and topped with a slate roof. Each house has two sash windows with intact glazing bars and cambered heads. The ground floor of No 11 includes a modern bow window. Both houses have simple doorcases with weatherhoods supported by brackets, and there is one step leading to each entrance. Nos 11 to 17 (odd) and Nos 23 and 23A are part of a group that also includes Nos 2 and 3 Berkeley Place.
