Including No 36 Little Mount Sion. These 2 houses form a terrace which is known as Nos 2 and 3 Berkeley Place - but they are also considered to be in Berkeley Road. Late C18 or early C19 front to an earlier building with a hint of a bressumer of timber framing at the south-east corner. 2 storeys attic and semi-basement red brick, the ground floor of No 3 stuccoed. Parapet with scrolled panel in centre with a pediment over and half a similar panel without pediment at the ends. 10 sashes with glazing bars missing. Painted stringcourse. No 2 has a doorcase with segmental fanlight, No 3 has a doorcase with stuccoed pilasters and pediment. Good staircase. Nos 2 and 3 Berkeley Place, Nos 11 to 17 (odd) and Christmas Cottage, 1 Berkeley Place form a group.
