MOUNT SION (north side) No 27 (Durnford Lodge) No 29 (Mansfield Lodge)

GV II No 29 (Mansfield Lodge) is probably an C18 house, to which two curved bays of three windows each have been added in the early C19 but these have been refaced with cement and a gable added to the north west bay, which has been cut off and included in the adjoining house, No 27 (Durnford Lodge). Three storeys and attics. Two dormers and one window in the added gable. Seven sashes in moulded architrave surrounds without glazing bars. Porch between the bays with two Tuscan columns and two half columns and wrought iron railing over. No 27 has a lower annexe to the west of two storeys and two windows.

Nos 9 to 29 (odd) form a group.
