Stucco, old tiled hipped roof. 2 storeys, rusticated ground floor, 1st floor band, roof parapet. 3 sash windows in architrave surrounds. Door of 2 flush panels, 2 arched and glazed, rectangular fanlight. Doorway reveal, surround, cornice on consoles. Early back wing.
