Red brick; 3 storeys; 4 sash windows (single glazing bars) with plain lintels; one window to 2nd storey blocked; 2 canted bay windows with slate pentice roofs, flanking doorway with plain entablature, cornice, 4-panelled door and steps up; elaborate rainwater head and pipe on left-hand side, the latter with spiral fluting; corbelled eaves; tiles.
