The long front elevation faces east and consists of two storeys with seven windows, two of which are blocked, above six windows. At the rear, there is a shorter block attached. The roof is hipped, and the building has brick dentil eaves. The walls are constructed in header bond, and there is a flush blue band at the rear for the first floor. The ground floor openings are cambered, and the building has a plinth. Windows include casements and one splayed bay with Victorian sash windows.
