Description

Nos. 30, 31, and 32 on Winchester Road form a short terrace built in the mid-19th century. The structure is made of brick and flint, topped with a tile roof. The symmetrical front, facing southeast, features one storey and an attic with four windows. The roof includes a catslide at the rear and four gabled dormers at the front, with cills positioned at eaves level. The walls are constructed from unknapped flint, accented with brick dressings, including quoins, bands at the window heads and cill levels, as well as eaves and plinth. The openings are cambered, and the windows are casements. There are three plain doorways, each covered by tiled hoods. This building is included for its group value.
