Description

This building is a terrace of houses located at 97-103 Castle Street in Thetford, dating from around 1820. The structure is made of flint with gault brick dressings and features a black-glazed pantile roof. It is two storeys high and symmetrically arranged, with two houses each occupying three bays. The design includes two central doors flanked by a 6/6 sash window on either side, and three sash windows on the first floor, all set under segmental arches. The doors have been replaced in the 20th century, while No. 97 has 2/2 sashes. There is a dentil eaves cornice and a gabled roof with three ridge stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
