Description
This is an early 19th-century house attached to a corn mill. The house is constructed of stucco, while the mill has weatherboarding above a brick base, both with slate roofs. The house is two storeys high and has four windows, with a low-pitched roof and wide eaves. It features sash windows in reveals, a two-panelled door and a thin fanlight set within a plain rectangular opening. The rear wall is red brickwork with cambered openings and sash windows. The mill is a framed structure with boarded upper walls and a lower wall of English garden wall bond brickwork. It has small casement windows at ground level, and a larger loading door on the first floor. A significant amount of original milling machinery survives within the mill.
