Description

Yonsea is a building dating from around 1830. It is two storeys tall and has a stucco exterior. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. There is a bracket eaves cornice that features a small pediment in the centre. The building has three sashes with intact glazing bars. A porch at the front contains a round-headed doorway topped by a semi-circular fanlight.
