Description

This is an early 19th-century canal bridge located north-west of the covered canal dock warehouse at Wappenshall Junction. It spans the Newport branch of the Birmingham and Liverpool Junction with the Shrewsbury Canal. The bridge is constructed of stone and features a round arch with ashlar parapets.
