Description
Eyton Hall is a large house built in the early 19th century, with alterations and additions made in the mid-19th century. The original structure features a stuccoed facade with a 1:3:1 bay arrangement, where the center bay projects forward. It has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with wide eaves and sash windows that have no glazing bars, set within moulded architraves. In the mid-19th century, a colonnade was added to the ground floor, which includes a balcony above and a central pedimented doorway. The mid-19th century additions on either side of the main block project forward and feature canted two-storey bays, with rusticated and pilastered ground floors, as well as cornices and parapets.
