Description

No. 25 High Street is an early 19th-century refronting of a 16th-century timber-framed structure. The building is constructed of painted brick and has two storeys plus an attic. It features three sash windows with single glazing bars. The ground floor includes a splayed bay window on the left side and a segmental-headed entrance to the yard on the right. There are two gabled dormers with tiled roofs. Inside the attic, the timber-framed roof structure is visible, and some exposed timber framing can be seen in the rear wing. There are extensive outbuildings at the rear, which are generally from the 19th century.
