Description

49 High Street is a building from the 18th century and later. It features a narrow-fronted brick facade and stands three storeys tall. The building has a late 19th-century splayed bay window that is tiered over the upper storeys and includes a tile-hung gable. Additionally, there is a late 19th-century splayed shop front beneath an elaborately moulded cornice and frieze, with old tiles. This building is included for its group value.
