Description

No. 54 High Street is a Regency building constructed from red brick, with the lower part painted. It stands three storeys tall and features three sash windows; the outer windows have flat brick arches, while the central window is blocked and stuccoed within a semi-circular headed recess. The building has a band and stuccoed eaves, topped with an old tiled roof. The ground storey has been altered, with the former doorcase and bow window replaced by a modern shop front.
