Description
This sundial, made of sandstone, is located approximately 20 meters north of the northeast corner of the nave of the Church of St. Michael in Welshampton. It dates from around 1819 to 1820 and features a stumpy vase-shaped baluster that sits on a moulded circular base with a plinth and capping. The sundial includes an inscription on a brass plate with a gnomon that reads "Thomas Williams/CHURCH-WARDEN: 1819-20."
