Description
The lych gate at the entrance to the churchyard of the Church of St. Michael is a timber structure, likely designed by George Gilbert Scott around 1863. It features a gabled machine tile roof supported by curved braces, and the side walls are made of snecked yellow sandstone with chamfered coping. The gate has double gates at the center. This structure is included for its group value.
