House, derelict at time of survey. Early C18. Brick with hipped plain tiled roof. 2 storeys, 4-window range, formerly 12-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick heads, now boarded over. 7 windows in rear elevation, most blocked. 2 doors inserted in former windows in ground floor of rear elevation, and a further inserted doorway to the left. Inserted window above it at intermediate height. String course on both elevations. Truncated axial stack. Lower 2-storey wing to the west a later addition.
