Outbuilding Approximately 50 Metres South East Of No. 43 (Wynnstay Hotel)

This outbuilding, located approximately 50 metres south-east of No. 43 (Wynnstay Hotel), is possibly a former stable and is now used as a storeroom for the Bowls Club. It dates from the early 19th century and has undergone later additions and alterations. The structure is built of red brick and features a slate roof with a small ridge stack on the left gable. It has two levels, with a moulded eaves cornice at the centre and brick bands along the gables. The building is arranged in a 3:5:3 bay configuration, with gables on the left and right sides. The windows are glazing bar sashes with gauged heads; the upper level windows are small, while the central block has blind and painted windows that imitate the others. The ground floor of the central block features a round-arched colonnade with painted stone imposts. There are entrances at the centre of the gables, which include boarded doors with 3-light rectangular overlights. Additionally, there is a 6-panel door located in the wall behind the colonnade in the second bay from the left.
