Description
This is a house located at 58 Willow Street, dating from the early 19th century with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick, which has been painted on the right side (No. 58), and features a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and has a toothed eaves cornice. The front has two windows, which are 4-paned sashes with segmental heads. There are plain pilastered doorcases on both the left and right sides, with the right doorcase providing access to a passageway. Each doorcase includes rectangular overlights and a 4-panel door leading to No. 60. No. 60 also features a plain pilastered shop front with a later fixed-light window added. The ground floor of No. 58 has a tall 4-paned sash window. At the rear of No. 60, there is a gabled range that runs at right angles, topped with an axial ridge stack.
