Cow House And Cartshed Approximately 10 Metres To North Of Coed-Yr-Hendre Farmhouse

The cow house and cartshed, located approximately 10 metres north of Coed-yr-hendre Farmhouse, dates from the mid-19th century. The structure features a large cow house on the right, constructed with coursed limestone rubble on the ground floor and red brick detailing. Above, there is a weatherboarded timber-framed hayloft topped with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and includes three loft openings, with continuous openings at the eaves due to some weatherboarding being removed. To the left, there are four boarded doors for the cow house, while to the right, there are three boarded garage doors. The cartshed and granary to the left have coursed limestone rubble end walls, a vertical-boarded timber-framed loft above, and a slate roof. This structure is part of a farmstead group.
