Description
23 and 23A Mill Street are late 19th-century houses located in Ludlow. They are constructed of brick and feature a shallow pitched Welsh slate roof with two brick ridge stacks. The buildings have a two-unit plan and rise two stories above a cellar. The facade includes a six-window range with 2/2 sash windows and a coped parapet. The entrances consist of three or four panel doors that are situated under coved pediment hoods, with a central door leading to a rear passage. The corners of the buildings are accentuated with stucco quoins.
