Description

This signal box, located approximately 80 meters south of the former Oswestry Station, dates from the late 19th century and has undergone some alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof topped with a pointed wooden finial. The structure has two levels, with four fixed-light windows on the upper level and two round-arched fixed-light windows below, one of which is blocked. There is a first-floor entrance on the left gable, accessed by a flight of wooden steps. This building is included for its group value.
