Description

Linden Lea is a building that was originally three houses but is now one house. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of painted brick with a partly stone rubble gable end. The roof is slate, featuring a brick ridge stack and an internal gable-end stack on the south side. The building has a rectangular plan with its gable end facing the street.

The exterior is two stories high and has a six-window range, consisting of small square-paned two-light casements. The ground floor is covered by a projecting glazed lean-to extension that conceals brick segmental arched openings. The interior has not been inspected.
