Description

The pump and trough, located approximately 5 metres to the north-east of Brookside Cottage in Upper Cound, date from the late 19th century. The pump is made of painted cast iron and features a plain shaft with moulded rings, a plain spout, and a curved handle. The trough is rectangular and constructed from grey sandstone. This structure is included for its group value.
