Description
The pump and trough, located approximately 3 metres to the south-west of Berrington Farmhouse, date from the late 19th century. The pump is made of painted cast iron and features a circular shaft with a fluted spout, two angled stays, a fluted top, a fluted domed cap, and a straight handle. The trough is semi-circular in shape and constructed from grey sandstone. This structure is included for its group value.
