Description
This is a disused dovecote located approximately 50 metres west of Chilton Grove, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pyramidal plain tile roof with a lead cap. The dovecote has a square plan and has blocked openings on the north and south sides, with a doorway on the east side. Inside, there are 14 tiers of nesting boxes along each wall. The north and south walls are supported by 20th-century internal buttresses.
