Description

These are two piers and railings located approximately 7 metres to the south-west of English Lodge, built around 1849. The structure features two square cast iron piers with moulded bases and panelled sides, each topped with gables on all faces. Between the piers are cast iron railings that include poppyhead designs and dogbars, along with a top rail and dograil, all resting on a stone base. The right-hand pier served as a gate pier, although the original gate has been replaced by a grid. This structure is included for its group value.
