It is constructed of red brick, featuring partly coursed rubble on the east side, and has a plain-tile roof. There is a brick integral eaves chimney on the side and a gable front with a gabled extension bay at the rear.
The exterior is single-storey with an attic. The gable front has one 20th-century casement window on each floor, and there is a dentil course storey band. The sides and rear also have 20th-century casements, and there is a dormer on the west side. A plain boarded door is located on the east side.
The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
