Description
Greycot is a house dating from the early 19th century, with a right-side extension added in the 20th century. It is constructed of flint with red and vitreous brick dressings and features a hipped roof covered in old tiles, along with a brick chimney. The house has two storeys and originally consists of two bays. The ground floor windows are 20th-century, two-light leaded casements with segmental heads made of red and vitreous brick. There is a 20th-century gabled brick porch at the center. To the right, there is a 20th-century brick bay that shares the same roof and includes a gabled single-storey projection with a bow window. Another 20th-century brick bay and a garage are located at the far right. The rear wall of the left bay displays the initials "IR" in brick, and there are 20th-century extensions to the rest of the rear. The building is included for its group value.
