Description

Japonica is a pair of estate houses built around 1850, located on Penn Elm Road in Tylers Green, Kenilworth. The houses are two storeys high and constructed from flint and brick. Each house features two three-light casement windows that have moulded hoods with labels above them. They also have gabled porches with shallow arched openings and hood moulds. The roofs are covered with slate, and there is a shared central stack between the two houses.
