Description

Cotters Barn is a 17th and 18th-century building located on Penn Elm Road in Tylers Green. It stands two storeys high, with a brick ground floor that is rendered and painted above. The building features three casement windows arranged in a 3-2-2 pattern, with segmental arches over the ground floor windows and a central door that has a plain hood. There is a one-storey wing to the north that showcases good exposed timbers on the interior. The roof is covered with old tiles, and there is a brick stack.
