Description
This barn, located approximately 20 meters south-west of Kingswood Farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century and has undergone later alterations. It features a weatherboarded timber frame with uncoursed limestone rubble on the right bay and is topped with a corrugated iron roof. The structure has two levels and includes four eaves hatches on the east side, with a door directly beneath the second hatch from the left. Inside, the walls and partitions are made of timber-framed square panels, and there is a loft over the right bay. The roof is a queen-strut design with five bays and double purlins.
