Description
The former candlehouse at Snailbeach Lead Mine dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with brick dressings and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is single storey with a central double door flanked by small single-light windows on either side. There are two similar windows on the left side and at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
