Description
This building is an outbuilding located approximately 10 metres to the west of Castle Cottage. It dates from the 18th century and was remodelled in the mid-19th century. The structure is timber-framed with brick infill, featuring an extension with weatherboarding and brick piers, and has a rubble wall behind. The roof is made of slate. The building consists of two and three bays and is two storeys high. The framing is composed of square panels. There is a door to the right, garage doors off-centre to the left, and an open-fronted ground floor with two bays to the left. This outbuilding is included for its group value with Castle Cottage.
