Bank. c1924. Galleted rubble plinth; timber-frame; plain tile roof with 3 matching gables to front and rear. 3-storeys; 3-window range: shallow leaded light oriels on enriched consoles, under chamfered bressummer on main joists resting on enriched consoles; close studding; over, box framing with plain quarter bracing and similar fenestration, with small lights; gables have cusped and pierced lattice bracing under ornamental barge boards. Steps to panelled doors in moulded cases, flanking central canted bay with leaded lights and casements; close studding under foliage decorated panels between enriched console brackets supporting moulded bressummer. Right gable has quarter braced box framing and lead rainwater goods with head dated 1924. Rear has plain framing with 2 leaded lights to 1st floor. Mansard-roofed 2-storey wing to rear left, in brick, with single storey flat-roofed wing having leaded lights between painted brick piers.
