Shop. Early C19. Stucco with roof not visible behind parapet. 4 storeys, 2-window range. Inserted late C20 shop front, and 10-pane sash windows above. First-floor windows have pedimented heads carried on console brackets, and flat moulded architraves to windows on upper storeys. Plain band over first floor, projecting band over second. Moulded parapet eaves.
