Description
Number 14, The Bull's Head Public House, and Number 15 are located on Castle Gates in Shrewsbury. This public house and shop date from the early 19th century and are constructed of brick with a plain tiled roof. The building has three storeys and a four-window range. The ground floor of The Bull's Head features rusticated stucco, with a doorway to the right framed by a reeded architrave, a central tripartite sash window, and another doorway to the left. The upper windows are 16-pane sashes with flat-arched stuccoed heads. Number 15 has a plain early 20th-century shop front and a single window above on each floor. The building has a plain eaves band and features both axial and gable end stacks.
