Description
Fina Bar and Grill, formerly known as Bull's Head Public House, is a public house that may have originally been built as a coaching inn in the early 19th century. The building features a combination of stucco and roughcast with a Welsh slate roof. It stands three stories high and has a four-window range, which is divided into two sections by central stuccoed quoins that also appear at the corners.
On the left side, there is a segmentally-arched passage entry with a keystone above the archway. To the right of the center, there is a doorway flanked by three-light mullioned and transomed windows. The doorway is framed by an architrave that has Greek key incised decoration. The upper windows are paired two-pane sashes, each with thin hoodmoulds. The building has stacks located on the left side and in the center.
