Description

ACTON BURNELL C.P. ACTON BURNELL SJ 50 SW 6/7 The Warren - GV II House. Late C18 or early C19 with mid- to late C19 remodelling and additions. Painted brick with late C19 planted timbers to front and grey sandstone rubble additions to rear; plain tile roofs, 2-span to left. 2 storeys. Planted square panel framing with straight tension and angle braces, and central quatrefoil band; partly rendered external brick end stacks, and ridge and integral gable end stacks to additions at rear. 3 bays; glazing bar sashes, horned on first floor, and central first floor 2-light casements; central half-glazed door and late C19 gabled glazed porch with 6-panelled door (top 4 panels glazed). One-storey addition at rear with integral brick end stack. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
