Shop, possibly purpose built c1800. Brick with roof not visible behind parapet. 3 storeys, 2-window range with late C19 shop front with doors, one now blocked, flanking arched central window, and with a continuous fascia over with heavy console brackets at each end. Upper windows are 12-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick heads. Stuccoed string course and parapet.
