Painted brick, roof not visible behind parapet eaves. 3 storeys, 2-window range with late C20 shop front. 2-pane sash windows above (4-pane to second storey) with continuous sill bands carried on console brackets, and entablatures over. Moulded cornice and parapet eaves with shallow central pediment. Gable end stacks.
