Description

This headstone, dated 1705, is located approximately 3 metres south of the porch of the Church of St Margaret in Abdon. It is made of sandstone ashlar and features a thick rectangular slab set vertically. The headstone has an inscribed tablet with a heavy plain raised border and a set-back head carving. The dedication is unknown.
